01 恒大地产竞得上海虹口一商住地

Evergrande Real Estate acquires a commercial and residential plot in Hongkou of Shanghai

9月17日：恒大地产集团（http://03333.HK）以人民币22.95亿元竞得上海虹口一商住用地，折合楼面价每平方米人民币51,000元，溢价率10.87%。该地块东至旅顺路，西至溧阳路，出让面积为12,500平方米，地上总建筑面积为45,000平方米，容积率3.59。

On 17 September: Evergrande Real Estate Group (http://03333.HK) acquired a commercial and residential plot in Hongkou of Shanghai for RMB2.295 billion or a floor price of RMB51,000 per sqm with a premium rate of 10.87%. Located to the east of Lvshun Road and the west of Liyang Road, the plot covers a land area of 12,500 sqm and a total GFA of 45,000 sqm above ground with a plot ratio of 3.59.

02 南京启迪国际冰雪科技城及新金融中心一期方案公示

Planning scheme of Nanjing Tus-Ice & Snow City and New Financial Centre Phase One is announced

9月18日：南京江北新区规划和自然资源局对启迪国际冰雪科技城项目规划设计方案和江北新金融中心一期项目A地块规划设计方案进行批前公示。其中，江北新金融中心一期项目A地块南至纵一路，西至万寿路，用地面积为6,700平方米，地上建筑面积约15.5万平方米。项目高达320米，届时将成为江北新区第二高建筑。

On 18 September: Nanjing Jiangbei New Area Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources has announced the planning scheme of Tus-Ice & Snow City and New Financial Centre Phase One Plot A. Amongst, Plot A of Jiangbei New Financial Centre Phase One is located to the south of Zongyi Road and the west of Wanshou Road. With a land area of 6,700 sqm, the plot has a total GFA of approximately 155,000 sqm above ground. The 320-metre tower will become the second highest building in Jiangbei New Area.

03 国务院发布四省自贸试验区方案

State Council releases plans for pilot free trade zones in four provinces

9月21日：国务院发布《关于印发北京、湖南、安徽自由贸易试验区总体方案及浙江自由贸易试验区扩展区域方案的通知》。方案主要任务包括推动投资贸易自由化便利化、深化金融和投资领域开放创新、推动创新驱动发展、创新数字经济发展环境、高质量发展优势产业等。北京自贸试验区的实施范围共119.68平方公里，包括科技创新片区31.85平方公里，国际商务服务片区48.34平方公里和高端产业片区39.49平方公里。

On 21 September: The State Council issued the "Notice regarding the Overall Planning Scheme for the Beijing, Hunan, and Anhui Pilot Free Trade Zones and the Expansion Scheme of the Zhejiang Pilot Free Trade Zone". The main tasks in the plan include promoting the liberalisation and facilitation of investment and trade, deepening the open innovation of the finance and investment, promoting innovation-driven development, innovating the digital economy development environment, and developing the competitive industries with high quality. The scope of Beijing Pilot Free Trade Zone is 119.68 sq km, including 31.85 sq km of science and technology innovation area, 48.34 sq km of international business service area and 39.49 sq km of high-end industrial area.

04 “政策18条” 提速国家文创实验区建设

“18 Measures” speed up construction of National Cultural Industry Innovation Experimental Zone

9月8日：北京市发布《关于加快国家文化产业创新实验区核心区高质量发展的若干措施》，以“政策18条”的形式提出推进CBD文化中心、国家文创实验区国际文化中心建设，打造文化新地标；以“文化三里屯”为发展样板，打造10个特色文化旅游消费街区。

On 8 September: Beijing has officially issued the "Measures for Accelerating the High-Quality Development of the Core Area of the National Cultural Industry Innovation Experimental Zone", proposing to promote the construction of the CBD Cultural Centre and the International Cultural Centre of the National Cultural and Creative Experimental Zone through "18 Measures" to create a new cultural landmark. With "Cultural Sanlitun" as the development model, Beijing aims to build 10 distinctive tourism cultural streets.

05 睿古集团投资福州连江康养文化项目

Ryugu invests in a health and culture project in Lianjiang of Fuzhou

9月18日：睿古将位于连江筱埕镇的康养文化项目，总投资额为人民币40亿元。项目将聚焦生态、康养、文化的三大特色，引入大健康产业，打造7,000亩的度假区。

On 18 September: Ryugu invests in a health and culture project in Xiaocheng Town, Lianjiang, with a total investment value of RMB4 billion. The project will focus on three characteristics of ecology, health and culture, introducing the health industry and creating a 7,000-acre resort.

06 招商局置地附属公司出售广州市番禺区物业

Subsidiary of China Merchants Land sales its property in Panyu District of Guangzhou

9月13日：招商局置地有限公司(http://00978.HK)发布公告称，其附属公司广州招商房地产有限公司，以人民币5.27亿元出售位于番禺区的物业给招商局仁和养老投资有限公司。该物业位于番禺区东环街，由六栋大厦及其地库组成，总建筑面积约34,360.11平方米。

On 13 September: China Merchants Land Limited (http://00978.HK) announced that its subsidiary, Guangzhou Merchants Real Estate Co., Ltd, sold its property located in Panyu District to China Merchants Renhe Pension Investment Co., Ltd. for RMB527 million. The property is located in Donghuan Street, Panyu District. It is composed of six buildings and basements with a total GFA of approximately 34,360.11 sqm.
